SynthID Detector expands access
Google has expanded SynthID Detector to everyone globally in English. The tool checks supported images, video and audio for signals associated with AI generation from Google and participating partners.

The Google announcement names partners including OpenAI, NVIDIA and Kakao, with Apple described as coming soon. The detector extends earlier access aimed at media professionals and joins verification features in Google’s consumer products.
