The first program begins with in-person work on a simulated deployment, including use-case selection, security review and handover. Engineers who pass a practical assessment move into a 12-week residency supporting a real use case. The 10,000 figure is a training target, rather than a completed graduate count or a promise of open enrollment for everyone.
