SpaceXAI introduces shared TeamBots

SpaceXAI is introducing Team Bots, shared Grok Bots built around a team’s role or workflow. A bot can combine files, tools and expertise while people continue to work with it individually.

Shared skills, separate conversations

The Team Bots announcement describes context, plugins, API credentials and memories as the bot’s core inputs. Plugins include tools such as Salesforce, Notion and GitHub. Bots can also join a Slack channel where people share context and see responses.

SpaceXAI introduced TeamBots in public beta for Teams and Enterprise customers. The shared bots combine files, applications and team expertise, with examples spanning sales, engineering, marketing and data work rather than a single personal assistant workflow.

SpaceXAI says individual conversations remain private, with separate user context and memories alongside shared team skills. The release is in public beta for Teams and Enterprise customers. Examples of internal account briefings and engineering coordination illustrate the intended use; they do not show that every organization’s access arrangement is already supported.
