Meta expands Muse for small businesses
Meta is expanding Muse with skills and connections for small businesses. The update aims to bring business tasks into the apps an owner already uses, with approval before publishing, sending or spending.
Business context comes from connected tools
The Muse for Small Business announcement names connections including QuickBooks, Shopify, Canva, Slack and Stripe, alongside Facebook and Instagram business accounts. Meta says Muse is available in the US and Canada.

Download imageThe examples combine storefront, accounts and collaboration context, but a listed connection does not establish support for every action in that service. Meta’s stated approval requirement is particularly relevant when a task moves from preparing material into publishing it or making a financial commitment. This report uses the original 29 September publication date, rather than the later update date.
